Job description

Customer Service Representative (Bilingual/Spanish Speaking)
Job Summary
Do you have a passion for helping people? Be a part of a company that invests in its employees’ growth and development. Endurance is looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives with a positive attitude and attention to detail to facilitate inbound calls. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to update administrative details of customer accounts and/or direct calls to the appropriate department as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary.
  • Help explain contract details.
  • Manage existing customer relationships that give our customers peace of mind and worry-free driving.
  • Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts.
  • Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job; therefore, camera usage is required for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.
Compensation: $19.50/hour

  • Can work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees.
  • General computer and typing skills.
  • Available for immediate full-time work

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
