Job description

Customer Service - Sales Representative

As an Entry-Level Customer Service - Sales Representative, you will work in a retail environment representing well-known brands and providing customers with friendly, knowledgeable, and professional support. You will help customers understand available products and services, answer questions, and recommend solutions based on their individual needs.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients professionally during in-person customer interactions
  • Educate customers on products, services, and promotions
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Meet individual and team sales targets
  • Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
  • Maintain professional appearance and act with integrity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Understanding of sales techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Ability to collaborate within a team setting
