Customer Service Representative (Call Center | Data Entry)
Youngstown, Ohio | Contract-to-Hire


About the Role

Seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its Central Lab Group manufacturing facility in Youngstown, Ohio. This role focuses on high-volume customer interactions across phone, email, and text, along with data entry and order processing. This is not a retail customer service role.

This is a contract-to-hire position, with conversion eligibility after 90 days.


What You’ll Do
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced call center environment

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text messaging

  • Enter and update customer and order information accurately

  • Perform research and follow-through for all customer inquiries

  • Resolve issues professionally and escalate when needed

  • Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with team members and leadership
