Part-time representatives work fewer hours than full-time staff, often providing support during peak times, evenings, or weekends. Their main responsibilities include answering questions, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. These roles require strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle stressful situations. Part-time positions can be a great option for students or those seeking flexible work schedules.
