Position Overview
RTR Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a fully remote, part-time position ideal for someone with previous call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The Customer Service Representative will assist consumers with account-related questions, provide accurate information, document calls properly, and ensure each interaction is handled with professionalism and respect.

Responsibilities
-Answer inbound and/or outbound customer service calls in a professional manner
-Assist consumers with account questions and provide accurate information
-Document all call details clearly and accurately in the system
-Follow company procedures, client guidelines, and compliance requirements
-Maintain a calm, respectful, and professional tone during all interactions
-Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate department when needed
-Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations
-Maintain a quiet, professional remote work environment during scheduled hours


Qualifications
-Previous call center experience is required
-Previous customer service experience required
-Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
-Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
-Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment
-Must have reliable internet access
-Ability to remain professional and composed during difficult conversations
-Must be available to work 3 full days per week from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time
