start to finish.
Role Description:
- The representative will handle inquiries from customers
regarding travel planning, troubleshooting issues, and provide assistance to
ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolving inquiries professionally.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of travel products and
services.
- Supporting clients throughout their travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social
media in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with booking travel arrangements (flights,
hotels, packages, excursions).
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions with a
positive attitude.
- Provide recommendations and travel advice tailored to
clients' needs.
- Follow up with clients before and after trips to ensure
satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent
service.
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry
is a plus.
