Job Title: Customer Service - Insurance
Location: Milford, OH 45150 (Onsite)
Salary: $35,000 - $37,000 per year
Job Description leading organization in the insurance services sector is seeking skilled professionals to handle customer service and back-office support for auto claims operations.
Responsibilities - Handle inbound calls and email inquiries related to:
- Process and status of estimates or supplements
- Payment status (rental, tow, property damage)
- Payment issuance
- Payment analysis, including void and reissue requests
- Status of estimates, sharing copies, and advising on submission instructions
- Resolving cases where supplements or estimates are stuck in process
- Status of deductible
- Rental status updates
- Tow status updates
- Total loss status updates
- Handling unapproved supplements and advising on the supplement process
- Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, and fax communication
- Accurately enter and manage data in internal systems
- Use tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage high volumes of work efficiently
Required Skills & Experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service orientation
- Proficiency in data entry and system navigation
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in auto claims is a plus
