Our employees in Retail Support are a key piece to the success and daily functions of our branches across Zions Bank.

Retail Support is a department of traveling tellers and bankers who support Zions Bank branches throughout their geographical area in the case of absenteeism. This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. Our mission is to support our branches and help them to fulfill strategic objectives and carry out Zions Bank's company vision.

Minimum pay is $19 per hour

We are now accepting applications for our Retail Support Customer Service Associate MLO position. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

  • Be responsible for providing quality service while protecting the branch against loss.
  • Maintain- advanced knowledge of branch operations.
  • Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products, and assisting clients in every area of banking.
  • Be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Retail Support Customer Service Associate MLO Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, other related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.
  • Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
  • Working knowledge of math.
  • Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Location:

  • Retail Support covers a geographical area. Mileage reimbursements are provided whenever an employee travels over 25 miles round trip from their home.
  • This position supports our branches around Boise, including Meridian and Nampa. It also covers outlying branches such as Fruitland, Weiser, New Plymouth, and Wilder.
