Job description

Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include greeting potential members, handling front desk tasks, facilitating member services issues, and maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

Essential Behavior Requirements: Customer service, listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and communication.

Minimum Qualifications: Honesty and good work ethic, strong customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency.

Physical Demands: Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift, talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift, and ability to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
