Join our team at First Gold Gaming Resort!

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Guest Services Associate | Hotel & Casino who enjoys working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. If you love helping people, creating memorable experiences, and being part of a lively resort atmosphere, this could be the perfect fit.

This is more than a front desk job—you’ll be a key part of the guest experience across our hotel, casino, and Player’s Club operations.


What You’ll Do
  • Welcome guests with a positive, professional attitude
  • Handle hotel check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately
  • Assist with reservations, questions, and guest requests
  • Enroll guests in the Player’s Club and issue membership cards
  • Explain rewards programs, promotions, and casino offerings
  • Make announcements over the PA system as needed
  • Stay informed on resort events, entertainment, and promotions
  • Assist guests with directions and property navigation
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Support special events, promotions, and resort activities
  • Work closely with your team to deliver a smooth guest experience
