Job description

  • You will coordinate telephone referrals, verify eligibility criteria and appropriate funding, and set up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services
  • Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone and walk-in orders, answering questions, tracing order and shipment status, and resolving issues
  • In addition, you shall be accountable for providing complete and accurate account setup and pricing data, and for maintaining the ongoing accuracy of customer information
  • To Support Territory Managers by balancing your time between inside sales and customer service duties, helping the team achieve targeted sales budgets is part of your role
  • Collect payments to ensure customer accounts remain current and track customer orders in JDE to confirm delivery and billing are completed
  • You will be responsible for daily cash reconciliation and preparing bank deposits
  • Ensure all outgoing mail is sent daily
