Assist in food preparation and customer service according to County Fair's standard of quality.
Schedule varies
15-40 hours per week

Requirements/Responsibilities

Perform opening and/or closing duties of the Deli/Bakery
Take and serve customer orders in a courteous, prompt, and efficient manner
Slice, cut, weigh, and price merchandise
Prepare salads, sandwiches, hot and cold lunches
Operate and clean equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Operate cash register and handle various forms of payment
Comply with department and State health, safety, and sanitiation regulations
Assume additional duties as needed
