Job description

A Brass Ranch Retail Associateย will work in one of our retail venues. Qualified applicants must be knowledgeable of all product offerings and able to provide excellent customer satisfaction. The associate obtains or receives merchandise, totals bills, accepts payments and makes changes for customers or employees in retail stores by performing the following duties.

ย Duties & Responsibilities:ย  ย 

  • Stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
  • Works with customers and helps to style them in different looks and brands
  • Participate in clinics with all brands to learn about the products we sell
  • Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales
  • Obtain or recieve merchandise requested by the customerย 
  • Answer questions concerning location, price, and use of the merchandise
  • Total price and tax on merchandise purchased by customer to determine bill
  • Accept payment and make the correct change
  • Wrap or bag merchandise for customers
  • Clean shelves, counters, or tables
  • Remove and record the amount of cash in the register at the end of the shift
  • Calculate sales discount to determine the price
