Customer Service Associate (Part-Time, Year-Round)
On-site I North Smithfield, RI I $16-$18 per hr. plus tips
Wright’s Dairy Farm amp; Bakery is looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. This is a part-time, year-round position, not a seasonal role.
Our Customer Service Associates help create the welcoming experience our customers know and love. This role works at the pastry counter, assists customers with product questions and orders, processes payments, maintains displays, answers phones, packages products, and helps keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and helpful service to customers
  • Assist customers with product details, pricing, availability, and order pickups
  • Take accurate orders and process sales transactions
  • Use the POS system and handle cash and card payments accurately
  • Keep pastry displays full, organized, rotated, and visually appealing
  • Answer phones professionally and direct calls as needed
  • Package products and support register and counter operations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
  • Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
