POSITION SUMMARY
As a Customer Service Associate at Glacier Peaks Casino, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by serving high-quality ice cream products with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, courteous service while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area. You will be responsible for accurately taking orders, handling cash, or electronic payments and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. This role requires a positive demeanor and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall enjoyment of guests visiting the casino. Ultimately, your efforts will help create a memorable and enjoyable atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth for Glacier Peaks Casino.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
  • Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes and other frozen treats.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately using a POS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area and dining space.
  • Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • All other duties as assigned.
