Hiring Immediately – Customer Service Representative

$18.00/Hour | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Join one of the largest laboratories in the Midwest! We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Answer client phone calls and emails
  • Route calls to the appropriate department
  • Assist with forms and account setup
  • Update client information
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Multi-line phone experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
  • Positive attitude with attention to detail
