Job description

As a Latin America Payments Client Service Account Manager, you will serve Latin America clients on their cash management necessities.Between these clients are important Latin America large corporations and financial institutions who entrust us with their business.You will provide strategic advice, raise capital, manage risk and extend liquidity in markets around the world. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Act as a strategic advisor, offering consultative support to clients on business and operational decisions.

  • Lead resolution and escalation of service issues, collaborating with bank partners to deliver solutions.

  • Identify and address product/service gaps, leveraging the full suite of Treasury Services to drive client success.

  • Recommend and help implement product enhancements and service delivery improvements.

  • Communicate complex client issues and solutions.

  • Ensure clients adhere to risk policies and stay informed on legal, regulatory, and cyber changes.

  • Apply project management disciplines to independently lead workstreams and smaller initiatives, including planning, risk identification, stakeholder engagement, and execution of agreed-upon objectives.

  • Expand scope to larger portfolios, proactive client engagement, and strategic advisory.

  • Partner with clients to navigate change management events, driving readiness, facilitating communication, and removing obstacles through proactive issue identification and escalation.

  • Lead strategic client relationship reviews, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and enhance the client experience.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant industry or functional experience.

  • Fluent inSpanish, written/verbal 

  • Willingness totravel international(1-2 times a year) and 

  • Ability to beflexible with working hoursand utilize virtual connectivity tools (VDI, Blackberry/Good mobile suite, etc.) when business needs arise

  • Advanced understanding of Treasury Services products and client needs.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with clients and internal teams.

  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, digital solutions, and knowledge management platforms to enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
