The Opportunity

Icon Sales Team is seeking a driven, professionally-oriented Customer Sales Consultant to join our growing direct sales operation. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with backgrounds in hospitality, insurance, or customer engagement who are ready to channel their skills into a high-earning sales career with a defined growth path.


You will operate as a brand ambassador for nationally recognized telecommunications and entertainment clients, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. This is a field-based position - you will own your territory, manage your day, and be rewarded in direct proportion to the results you produce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent premium telecom and entertainment brands through direct, face-to-face customer engagement
  • Build and manage a personal territory to consistently hit and exceed monthly targets
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to each customer's needs
