We are actively hiring a Customer Sales Associate to join our high-energy retail sales and marketing team. This is a face-to-face, customer-focused role where you will represent leading products and services, engage directly with customers, and drive sales performance in a retail environment.

What You’ll Do

  • As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our retail marketing campaigns, working directly with customers to create a positive, engaging, and results-driven experience.
  • Engage with customers in a retail setting, providing a welcoming and professional experience
  • Deliver face-to-face sales presentations of products and services
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Assist with new customer enrollments and account setup
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Support in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and event setups
  • Maintain product knowledge across current promotions, bundles, and services
