Ensure adherence to the statement of work while driving a high‐quality customer experience.* Coordinate and lead cross‐functional internal and external clinical, technical, and sales teams in partnership with hospital stakeholders to ensure aligned execution and strong team performance. Motivate teams to deliver against timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans using the Philips Project Management Methodology, including work breakdown structure (WBS), communication coordination, risk management, change management, stakeholder analysis, and resource management plans. Continuously monitor progress and provide clear and timely status updates.* Ensure site readiness and proactively manage timelines, risks, and dependencies to maintain project momentum and prevent delays. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive plan, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered.
