Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through electronic correspondence. This role involves managing stakeholder inquiries, ensuring timely resolution, and providing guidance on benefits and policies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inquiry Management: Deliver customer service support via electronic correspondence to resolve stakeholder inquiries.
  • End to End Issue Resolution: Oversee the lifecycle of stakeholder inquiries from discovery through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Proactively Identify and Address Needs: Identify the root cause of inquiries to address stakeholder needs and suggest internal process adjustments for recurring barriers.
  • Customer Service Experience Documentation: Document all customer interactions within the CRM system to ensure a seamless experience and satisfy audit standards.
  • Benefit and Policy Support: Analyze plan documents to provide guidance on member eligibility, coverage limits, and cost-sharing responsibilities.
  • Claims and Billing Reconciliation: Research medical claim processing status and billing discrepancies, initiating adjustments as per guidelines.
  • Cross Functional Responsibilities: Identify systemic operational hurdles and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.

Qualifications
  • Must live and work in Texas.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

Experience
  • At least 2 years of related work experience within the health insurance industry.
  • Call center or customer service experience required.

Additional Requirements
  • Remote work environment.
  • Monday - Friday 8-5pm CST.
