Senior Sales Consultant โ€“ Inbound Leads Provided Traverse City, MI Full-time Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Consultant to manage and convert inbound leads provided by the company. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing suitable solutions, conducting consultations, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills, with a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and respond promptly to inbound leads provided by the company.
  • Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements, budgets, timelines, and expectations.
  • Present suitable products, services, construction solutions, or project offerings.
  • Conduct sales consultations and explain pricing, specifications, benefits, and processes.
  • Prepare and share quotations and proposals in coordination with the relevant teams.
  • Follow up systematically with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders, contracts, or projects.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
