Full-Time Cabinet Maker / Craftsman / Installer (Partners Woodcraft, Inc.)

Partners Woodcraft, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented full-time cabinet maker, craftsman, or installer to join our small team of talented artisans. We are a custom cabinet shop producing high-end work for clients who appreciate and expect quality and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the cabinetry industry or a closely related woodworking field, although motivated beginners with a good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn will be considered. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate, assemble, finish, and install custom cabinetry and millwork to exacting standards.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively, maintain tools and equipment, and follow procedures based on our shops specific needs.
  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications; communicate with our team members regarding job status and needs.
  • Ensure quality control by inspecting work for fit, finish, and overall craftsmanship before delivery or installation.
  • Assist with loading/unloading jobsite materials and maintain a clean, organized shop environment.

Qualifications: Minimum of one year of experience in cabinetry or similar woodworking trade preferred; however, we are open to training candidates who demonstrate aptitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to learning. Attention to detail, punctuality, and good communication skills are required.
