Job Title: Lead Millwright / Foreman
Location: Belmont, Wisconsin

We are a growing agricultural services company specializing in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair for farming and grain-handling operations. We take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work to keep our customers' operations running smoothly.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Millwright / Foreman to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who not only has strong technical skills but also thrives in managing projects and people. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing millwright crews, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently, and providing accurate job quotes to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise millwright crews on agricultural equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Plan, coordinate, and delegate daily work tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Perform skilled millwright duties including assembly, alignment, welding, and troubleshooting.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.

Prepare and provide job quotes, including time, labor, and material estimates.

Track job costs and assist in ordering materials as needed.

Train and mentor millwright apprentices and crew members.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of millwright experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.

Strong background in agricultural equipment and grain-handling systems preferred.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent mechanical, welding, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Ability to accurately quote and track job costs.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
