Job description

The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in delivering excellent in-person customer support by managing interactions, orders, and issue resolution. This position requires effective communication, teamwork across departments, and the ability to handle complaints with professionalism. The role operates within standard business hours and may include evening and weekend shifts, utilizing custom in-house tools to support daily tasks. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in person to provide support and information
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly
  • Enter data related to customer interactions and transactions
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively
