Blue Core Craft is a growing manufacturer of premium marine upholstery and components serving top boat brands across the industry. Based in Greenville, SC, we're seeking an Experienced Upholstery Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and creating high-quality custom seating, panels, and soft goods.

What You'll Do

  • Cover, staple, and assemble upholstered pieces for marine interiors
  • Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
  • Use hand and pneumatic tools to fit, stretch, and fasten materials
  • Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in marine, automotive, furniture, or similar upholstery is strongly preferred
  • Good hand-tool skills and a strong eye for detail
  • Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work (lifting, bending, stretching materials)
  • Reliable, positive, and ready to work in a fast-paced shop
  • A brief job-related skills and physical ability assessment may be conducted during the interview to evaluate essential job functions
