Job description

The role of the Machine Build / Panel builder is to help build custom dispensing systems and provide superior on-site support.  He/she will be based at our Holland location, helping to build custom dispensing systems, and will help install the system after it ships.  He/she should have an always “ready to serve” mentality, ability to simultaneously manage a variety of customer requests. 

This is a full-time job typically requiring between 40-50 hours per week.  70% system build in Holland and 30% panel build.

Responsibilities:

  • Machine building tasks in Holland location.
  • Help customers start up new machines and equipment.
  • Provide on-site (in person) support to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of Machine Building or Field Service experience on industrial equipment.
  • Mechanical and Electromechanical system trouble shooting experience is required.
  • Experience using PC software including Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Electrical panel building experience.
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Able to run off systems and debug.

Travel:

This position may require travel both by ground and by air.  We have many customers that span the globe.  Most of them are in the Midwest/Great lakes region.    The estimated travel for this position is less than 5%.
