About the Position:
At Precision Renovations SF, we take pride in delivering high-end residential renovations with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are a tight-knit, hardworking team looking to add motivated and skilled individuals who share our standards for quality work and professionalism.
Our projects primarily include kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, trim work, custom carpentry, painting, and interior remodeling throughout homes and condominiums. We are seeking ambitious self-starters who are experienced in remodeling and finish work, adaptable to changing project needs, and motivated to continue learning and growing within the company.
Hands-on training is provided where needed. At Precision Renovations SF, we believe every team member should continue developing their skills and producing work they are proud of.
We are looking to fill key roles with individuals that are skilled in one or more of the following areas:
Finish Carpentry:
  • Installation of kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, custom shelving, hardware, and millwork.
  • Installation of crown molding, baseboards, door casing, trim, and interior doors.
  • Ability to complete clean, detailed finish work in occupied homes and condos.
Demolition & Drywall:
  • Safe and efficient demolition of walls, ceilings, flooring, and fixtures.
  • Framing, drywall hanging, finishing, patching, insulation, and trim work.
  • Responsible for material handling, job site prep, cleanup, and organization.
Tile Installer:
  • Experience with floor and wall tile installation in kitchens, bathrooms, and custom spaces.
  • Ability to read plans and layouts accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail with measurements, layout symmetry, and seamless transitions.
  • Experience with decorative tile and mosaic installations preferred.
Painter:
  • Interior and exterior painting of walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, shelving, and more.
  • Surface preparation including sanding, patching, caulking, sealing, and priming.
  • Understanding of proper prep work required to achieve a high-quality finish.

General Responsibilities:
  • Install cabinets, trim, shelving, doors, hardware, and finish carpentry details.
  • Perform drywall repairs, finishing, and light framing work.
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites daily.
  • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Follow project timelines while maintaining quality workmanship.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and professionally.
  • Maintain professionalism and respect in clients’ homes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of remodeling or construction experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of finish quality and precise measurements.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Own hand tools required.
  • Experience using table saws, miter saws, circular saws, and other standard tools.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in occupied homes and condos.
  • Knowledge of cabinetry, framing, doors, trim, flooring, and drywall repairs preferred.
  • Ability to follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.
