Base Salary: $125,000.00 – $155,000.00 / year (Commensurate with depth of commercial/infrastructure experience)

Incentives: Executive Performance Bonus & Profit-Sharing Program

The Opportunity

Spearhead a High-Elevation Portfolio. Master Complex Hillside Geotechnics, Multi-Product Logistics, and Advanced Financial Architectures.

Harmony Homes is seeking an analytically driven, field-tested Senior Project Manager to spearhead a highly prestigious, multi-product building portfolio positioned near the Red Rock Canyon area of Las Vegas. This senior executive field role demands a rare caliber of construction leader, one who can seamlessly pivot between managing ultra-luxury custom estates, small-scale commercial retail hubs, and critical public community infrastructure.

This position is engineered for a structurally sound, numbers-driven trade professional who possesses the technical grid grit to conquer complex hillside grading, strict environmental zoning, and hillside shoring constraints. Simultaneously, you must have advanced data analytics and financial modeling skills to track macro budgets, material takeoffs, and volatile cash flows across distinct product types. At Harmony Homes, we do not micromanage our elite project leaders; you will be granted full operational autonomy over your portfolio. If you are an assertive project executive who wants your compensation directly aligned with the value you inject into a landmark master-planned footprint, we provide the platform, structural resources, and corporate backing to maximize your professional career.

Key Responsibilities

You will hold ultimate profit-and-loss (P&L) accountability, operational scheduling control, and structural oversight across all concurrent building paths within the master-planned territory:

  • Diversified Structure & Master-Plan Sequencing: Direct concurrent construction pathways, seamlessly coordinating the distinct timelines of high-end custom residential estates, light commercial developments (culinary villages/retail assets), and public community infrastructure (parks, fire stations).
  • High-Elevation Civil Logistics: Mastermind heavy site logistics, bulk earthwork coordination, and structural sequencing required for the construction of dedicated access roads and hillside developments.
  • Environmental & Design Enforcement: Enforce compliance with specialized, multi-layered zoning codes, strict architectural control guidelines, and complex environmental design parameters (such as "dark skies" lighting compliance standards).
  • Multi-Trade Orchestration: Command a broad network of construction professionals, driving alignment between civil/structural engineers, institutional general contractors, municipal inspectors, and highly specialized custom residential trade partners.
  • Advanced Data & Cost Modeling: Build and maintain dynamic Excel cost models, tracking macro cash flows, work-in-progress (WIP) scheduling, and master-plan profitability thresholds in real-time.
  • Automated Bidding Infrastructure: Architect intricate construction estimating templates utilizing advanced formulas (such as XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Lambda functions), pivot tables, and automated macros to manage volatile material takeoffs and multi-tiered labor bids.
  • Executive Dashboard Generation: Generate automated financial dashboards, risk-variance reports, and margin protection forecasts to present directly to executive ownership, institutional investment groups, and municipal agency partners.
  • Rigorous Budget Administration: Manage change order negotiations, technical budget reallocations, and accurate cost-to-complete forecasting across the entire product spectrum.
  • Permitting & Agency Stewardship: Navigate the complete Clark County planning, zoning, and multi-layered commercial/residential permitting workflows to ensure uninterrupted construction velocity.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

  • Diversified Project Tenure: 8+ years of dedicated construction project management experience as a Lead PM, with a verified track record overseeing both ultra-luxury custom residential developments and light commercial/infrastructure assets.
  • Data Analytics & Excel Mastery: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel, including comprehensive financial modeling, database integration, and the manual assembly of automated tracking templates.
  • Geotechnical & Structural Competency: Deep technical knowledge of complex structural steel configurations, hillside shoring mechanisms, mass grading on high-elevation rock formations, and full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) coordination for commercial infrastructure.
  • Software Infrastructure Proficiency: Hands-on operational capability navigating industry-standard construction management platforms (such as Procore or Buildertrend).
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or an analytically focused business management field.
  • Logistics Infrastructure: A valid Driver's License with a clean, insurable driving history to travel effectively throughout our Las Vegas project zones.

Compensation & Premium Benefits

We reward high-level analytical execution, multi-product milestone completion, and margin protection with a robust total rewards framework:

  • Competitive Base Pay: $125,000.00 – $155,000.00 annual base salary customized directly to the depth of your commercial, infrastructure, and luxury custom estate background.
  • Performance Incentives: Eligibility for high-yield executive performance bonuses driven directly by project margin retention, schedule execution, and quality control metrics.
  • Earning Security: Meticulous, dependable weekly pay cycle.
  • Health & Wellness Coverages: Access to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance packages.
  • Future Security Framework: Corporate retirement savings plan options to support your long-term wealth targets.
  • Work-Life Balance Allocations: Generous framework for earned Paid Time Off (PTO), dedicated vacation allocations, and paid company holidays.
  • Technology Packaging: Premium company-provided tech equipment setup to support continuous remote, office, and field data logging.
