Salary: $100,000-$140,000+ (Experience Dependent)

Overview

A well-established luxury residential builder along Florida's Gulf Coast is seeking an experienced Luxury Custom Home Superintendent to oversee high-end custom home construction projects from groundbreaking through final completion.

This position is ideal for a construction professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, maintains exceptionally organized jobsites, and understands the level of detail required on custom luxury residences. The Superintendent will be responsible for daily field operations, schedule execution, subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and homeowner satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings strong residential construction experience, a proactive communication style, and a commitment to delivering homes that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.


Responsibilities

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from site preparation through final turnover.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
  • Conduct daily quality control inspections throughout every phase of construction.
  • Enforce jobsite safety requirements and maintain OSHA-compliant practices.
  • Review construction documents, specifications, and plans to ensure proper execution.

  • Experience managing luxury custom homes, coastal residential projects, or other high-end residential construction preferred.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and maintaining production schedules.
  • Knowledge of local permitting and inspection processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and digital field reporting tools.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
