Job description

A Los Angeles–based multidisciplinary studio delivering architecture, landscape, and interior design services with a focus on integrated, people-centered spaces and thoughtful adaptive reuse is seeking a Job Captain to join their team to work directly with one of the firm Partners on adaptive reuse and high end custom home projects in the Los Angeles area (both houses that they develop in-house, and for private clients).

Your Day Includes

  • Help lead residential design projects from concept through completion
  • Manage interior and exterior design development using CAD and Revit software
  • Provide design observation on-site for projects around the Los Angeles area
  • Supporting project managers on fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 4+ years of experience in the field
