We are a consumer business operating online and in our growing fleet of retail stores. We operate multiple manufacturing studios that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. The Role
We're seeking a Keyholder who will bring energy, leadership, and a customer-first attitude to our store team. As a trusted leader on the floor, you'll take on key-holding responsibilities while delivering the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back. This role reports to the Store Manager.

As a Keyholder, You Will:
  • Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores
  • Support onboarding and training great retail team members
  • Execute and improve operational activities in our retail stores to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met
  • Apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with our customers and coach retail team members
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train retail team members to do the same
  • Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment
  • Offer suggestions to innovate and improve our retail experience

  • Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role

Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks on a regular basis:
  • Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
  • Light lifting (up to 30 lbs) - carrying frames, supplies, or packaging materials
  • Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment

Salary Information:
The base range is $19 - $19 per hour, Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
