Custom Framing Associate Jobs in Ohio (NOW HIRING)

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Customer Experience Representative for a growing custom framing manufacturer in Maumee, OH. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a creative environment.
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll guide customers through custom framing solutions by providing product recommendations, processing orders, and delivering exceptional service through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in our team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation of $18.00 per hour (based on experience), as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available Shift:1st Shift
Monday-Friday
8:15 AM-5:15 PM
Additional hours may be required during peak business seasons.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions
• Assist customers with custom framing solutions, product selection, and order placement
• Recommend products and services based on customer style, project goals, and budget
• Navigate customers through online ordering tools and company websites
• Process orders accurately while maintaining detailed customer records
• Resolve customer questions and order concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Monitor orders throughout the production process and provide updates as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate customer feedback to leadership
• Maintain accurate documentation using CRM and order management systems
• Support customer retention through outstanding service and relationship building
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, sales, or administrative experience preferred
• Associate or Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Communications, Education, Art, or a related field preferred
• Interest in art, framing, design, or other creative fields is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using computers, CRM software, email, and web-based systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of art mediums preferred
• Ability to accurately measure to the nearest 1/16" and work with fractions
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
