IPSO Promo is a growing promotional products and branded merchandise company specializing in custom apparel, corporate gifts, employee onboarding kits, trade show giveaways, uniforms, company stores, and branded marketing solutions. We help businesses bring their brands to life through high-quality promotional products and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales & Account Executive to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing existing client accounts while actively developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is confident in sales, highly organized, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and branded merchandise presentations.
  • Present promotional product solutions tailored to each client's branding, marketing, and event needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of existing IPSO Promo clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from the initial client inquiry through order delivery and post-sale follow-up.
  • Prepare quotes, source products, request pricing from suppliers, and present product recommendations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, decorators, freight carriers, and internal team members to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Monitor production timelines and proactively communicate order status to clients.
  • Ensure all orders are delivered accurately and on time while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and opportunities using commonSKU CRM.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience in the promotional products industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using commonSKU is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the promotional products sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting through production, order management, and final delivery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to generate new business while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Experience working with promotional product suppliers, decorators, and freight logistics is a plus.
