A Cake Decorator at Cold Stone Creamery is responsible for preparing, decorating, and presenting ice cream cakes and desserts while providing excellent customer service.

Cake Decorator – Job Description
  • Prepare and decorate ice cream cakes according to Cold Stone standards Write custom messages and create designs on cakes
  • Assemble cakes using ice cream, toppings, mix-ins, and frosting
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen and display area
  • Manage cake inventory and supplies
  • Assist customers with cake orders and recommendations
  • Handle online and custom cake orders
  • Support team members during busy hours
  • Follow company recipes and presentation guidelines
