Shenandoah Shutters is a family-owned manufacturer of premium custom hardwood plantation shutters. Due to continued growth, we're adding a Spray Finisher to our team in Richmond, VA.

What You'll Do

· Apply high-quality finishes to custom hardwood shutters using spray equipment.

· Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and inspecting materials.

· Maintain consistent finish quality and color standards.

· Operate and maintain spray equipment safely and efficiently.

· Work closely with a skilled production team to deliver exceptional craftsmanship.

Qualifications

· Experience using spray equipment in automotive, furniture, cabinetry, woodworking, industrial, residential, or commercial painting environments

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Dependable with a strong work ethic

· Wood finishing experience is a plus but not required
