Job description

Overview Curriculum Program Specialist to oversee the delivery of early childhood education services to ensure quality care and compliance with the Early Head Start performance standards. This is a full-time position with state benefits. The role involves travel to centers and home visits as needed. Responsibilities Implement the Teaching Strategies Assessment instrument. Deliver infant and toddler curricula. Ensure curriculum fidelity and provide practice-based coaching. Coordinate and deliver training and professional development opportunities for staff. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or advanced degree in early childhood education, or a bachelor's/advanced degree with equivalent coursework in early childhood education and early education teaching experience. Ability to communicate effectively; strong record-keeping and computer skills. Position is mobile and requires center and home visits as needed. Excellent references required.
