Job description

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operational activities across security and technology installation projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience coordinating field operations, managing teams, improving processes, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple active projects.
  • Coordinate field personnel, project managers, supervisors, and support teams.
  • Monitor project schedules, labor requirements, productivity, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure work is completed according to safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Identify workflow issues and implement process improvements.
  • Support workforce planning and scheduling.
  • Monitor project performance and operational KPIs.
  • Assist with managing subcontractors, vendors, and material requirements.
  • Work with leadership to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Address operational risks, delays, and performance issues.
  • Promote strong communication between office and field teams.
  • Support training and development of supervisors and operational staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of operations or project management experience.
  • Experience in electrical contracting, low-voltage systems, construction, or specialty trades strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, labor management, and field operations.
  • Proficiency with project management or construction management software is preferred.
