Curator (Medical Cannabis Sales Associate)Join Fluent Cannabis

As a vertically integrated cultivator, processor, manufacturer, and retailer, Fluent operates dispensaries across Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

Position Summary

As a Curator, you'll serve as the face of Fluent and the first point of contact for patients entering our dispensary. This customer-facing sales role focuses on delivering exceptional service, educating patients about medical cannabis products, and helping them find the best solutions based on their healthcare provider's recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving individual and team sales goals.
  • Guide patients through product selection based on physician recommendations and individual needs.
  • Educate customers on the safe and effective use of medical cannabis products.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Fluent's products and their benefits.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Record customer interactions and follow up on issues requiring additional research.
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to management when appropriate.
  • Assist with inventory counts, sales reporting, and daily operational tasks.
  • Support deliveries as a Health Educator when needed.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to ensure operational excellence and outstanding patient care.
QualificationsRequired
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of sales experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred
  • Experience working in a cannabis dispensary or related healthcare retail environment.
