What you will do:
Your day-to-day activities will be diverse, challenging, and enriching. Depending on what you're working on, it will change regularly, which makes every day exciting. Here's a glimpse into what you can expect:
  • Learning Solutions: Partner with experts to design engaging learning experiences-like online courses, PowerApps, and microlearning-while curating and creating content such as guides, assessments, and video scripts.
  • Talent Enablement: Assisting with early career programs engagements and activities, in addition to succession planning and development in areas such as analysis on effective development.
  • Culture & People Experience: Help support our amazing #EricssonIgnited culture with fun employee engagements
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: You'll assist in analyzing learning data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of different areas across the People Team and identify areas for improvement. This may involve creating reports, visualizing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: You'll be actively involved in managing multiple strategic projects simultaneously. This could include coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
  • Collaboration and Meetings: You'll attend cross-functional meetings, collaborate with subject matter experts, senior stakeholders, and other team members to ensure alignment and seamless execution of project deliverables.
