Job description

At Truck Country, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing medium- and heavy-duty trucks, ensuring both our fleet and our customers' trucks stay on the road. We provide the tools, training, and technology you need to succeed in an industry that keeps America moving.
What You'll Do:
  • Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on medium- and heavy-duty trucks.
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot engine and system issues.
  • Accurately document findings and repairs using company-provided laptops and software.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented shop environment.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to stay up to date with the latest repair techniques and technologies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience working with medium- or heavy-duty trucks.
  • Basic computer skills, including diagnostic software.
  • Proficiency with power and hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a clean, organized workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills for documenting and relaying repair findings.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Diesel Technician, especially with Class 8 vehicles.
