Job description

We are looking for a talented IT Developer- Senior to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate organization in Columbus, IN. 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Elevate code quality and security by participating in peer secure code reviews and providing constructive, actionable feedback.

Blue Yonder WMS Development

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain MOCA components, including MOCA commands, transactions, scripts, queries, and services.
  • Build custom UI screens using PageBuilder (layouts, forms, grids, workflows).
  • Create and maintain configurations for RF screens, tasks, wave planning, allocation rules, and inventory controls.
  • Perform code reviews, optimize queries, and ensure adherence to best practices.

. Integration & Interface Development

  • Build and maintain integrations between BY WMS and ERP (SAP/Oracle), TMS, Labeling Systems, and external applications.
  • Develop integrations using BY Integrator, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON services, and flat-file interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support real-time data flows.

Database & System Performance

  • Optimize MOCA transactions, and improve system performance.
  • Diagnose issues with database performance, deadlocks, long-running jobs, and system bottlenecks.
  • Support database migration, schema management, and environment refreshes.

Technical Leadership & Project Delivery

  • Lead development workstreams for WMS projects, enhancements, and global rollouts.
  • Partner with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Create Technical Specification Documents (TSDs), architecture documentation, and deployment guides.
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure compliance with coding standards and CI/CD practices.

Technical Skills

  • 7-10+ years of experience with Blue Yonder/RedPrairie/JDA WMS.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:

    • MOCA Framework
    • PageBuilder
    • Integrator
    • RF Framework
    • Command and Transaction Development

Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations:
