The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

The CT Technologist performs proper radiographic procedures as required by physician orders. Provides patient service using diagnostic cat scan equipment. Technologist is competent in the production of quality radiographs for proper treatment and diagnosis by physician.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Graduate of approved school of Radiologic Technology
  • NJ license
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS through American Heart Association

Preferred:

  • ARRT-CT certification

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Day Shift
  • Per Diem (schedule varies based on the needs of the department)

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in minor surgical procedures
  • Competent in the operation of all CT equipment and software (IDX, TDS, Fusion, and ARS Telerad)
  • Ongoing daily calibration and preventive maintenance as assigned by the Lead
  • Perform radiographic procedures as required by physician
  • Reconstructs images into 3D format
  • Maintain stock levels and cleanliness of area
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
