PRS Auto is Hiring a Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations.

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team working at the CSX rail terminal in New Boston. In this role, you’ll oversee the unloading of brand-new automobiles from railcars. No prior experience is needed - we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
Starting Pay: $25/hour.
Location: New Boston, MI 48164.
About the Role:

As a Rail Terminal Supervisor, you’ll coordinate daily operations to meet customer expectations. You’ll lead a team, prioritize safety and efficiency, and ensure vehicles are unloaded and placed accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle unloading.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity.
  • Ensure safety standards are followed.
  • Communicate with customers and manage equipment availability.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and vehicle security.
  • Assign duties and manage staffing levels.
  • Collaborate with terminal leadership to improve operations.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
