Onsite required in Phoenix, AZΒ 

No relocation budget

Duration: 5 Months (Anticipated Start date 7/1/2015

Shift 3rd Shift - 11:00 pm to 7:15 am CSTΒ 


Must Haves: 3rd shift. Strong IP Networking Break/Fix support; WAN, T1, VOIP, CUCM, ISR, ICM, CVPΒ 


This position is for a Converged Network Support Analyst who will be supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks.Β 


Qualifications

- Experience supporting VOIP network in a Cisco centric networkΒ 

- Knowledge and experience with CUCMΒ 

- Experience with ISR GatewaysΒ 

- Experience with ICM or CVPΒ 

- Experience supporting Cisco Contact Center InfrastructuresΒ 

- Knowledge of Call routing in a Contact Center Environment
