A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)
In this CSR position, you play a very important role in our plumbing company. The first steps in performing a perfect service call rests with you! Your ability to book service calls and fill the schedule is essential to the team's success. Every day, you maintain the plumbing technicians schedule by booking incoming calls and scheduling outbound calls. With organization and the help of office resources you will prioritize calls based on job type urgency.
Maintaining a welcoming demeanor, you build sustainable relationships and trust with our customers through open and friendly communication. You easily handle customer objections, provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner, and follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved. With great attention to detail, you keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)
  • High school diploma
