The Digital Champion CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency that our customer accounts might face. This role is responsible for championing communication through inbound/outbound calls, including live chat, chirps, and email correspondence.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary champion for digital customer interactions, ensuring timely responses and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Remain actively engaged in the phone queue, handling inbound and outbound calls while balancing digital communication responsibilities.
  • Generate sales leads and maximize booking opportunities across all communication channels.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements
Schedule:
  • 11:30am - 8pm during the summer (until September)
  • 10:30am - 7:00pm (September - May)
  • Weekends (Rotating Saturdays)
