What is a CSR Tech?

CSR Techs, or Central Sterile Processing Technicians, are healthcare professionals responsible for sterilizing, preparing, and managing medical instruments and equipment. They ensure that all surgical tools and devices are cleaned, disinfected, and properly packaged to prevent infection and maintain patient safety. CSR Techs play a crucial role in supporting surgical teams and other healthcare staff by maintaining the sterility and functionality of essential medical equipment.
