Client Concierge

Brightway Insurance is hiring a full-time client concierge in Palm Coast, FL. As a client concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. This role is a great entry point into the insurance industry, with a clear pathway to grow into a sales producer position for individuals interested in advancing their career in sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients in person, via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and providing information on insurance products and services
  • Assisting clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Maintaining organized client records, processing paperwork, and managing scheduling to support agency operations
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage policy renewals and referrals
  • Gaining exposure to sales processes and client relationship development to support future growth into a sales producer role

Qualifications include:
