We are hiring a Senior Epic Cadence Analyst to support scheduling workflows and patient access improvements within a large healthcare environment.


This role focuses on Cadence build, scheduling optimization, and workflow design to improve access and efficiency.


What You’ll Do:

  • Build and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling functionality
  • Manage provider templates, visit types, and scheduling rules
  • Configure appointment search logic and scheduling workflows
  • Design decision trees and workqueues
  • Support MyChart scheduling and digital access tools
  • Troubleshoot scheduling issues and resolve tickets
  • Support implementations, upgrades, and go-live efforts
  • Partner with clinical and operational teams to improve workflows


What You Need:

  • Epic Cadence Certification (required)
  • 5+ years of Cadence build and scheduling experience
  • Strong experience with decision trees and workqueues
  • Experience with scheduling workflows and template management
  • Proven experience supporting implementations and production support


Nice to Have:

  • Prelude / Patient Access experience
  • Referral workflow experience
